To place an order the value of the basket needs to be £60 minimum. Once you have placed your order we will get back to you with a delivery date – we aim to deliver all orders within five working days. We are unable to deliver on Mondays. Delivery costs are calculated on a sliding scale – to qualify for free delivery orders need to reach £130 in value.
The delivery service we use is DPD (UK). Once your order has been despatched you will receive a tracking number from DPD (UK) so you will be able to track the order.
Make Sure Someone's There!
It is very important that someone is at the address you have specified
to sign for the delivery. We are unable to leave the goods at the address without obtaining a signature, as perishable goods will not be redelivered but you will still be charged.
Depending on what you have ordered the goods may be delivered ambient, chilled or frozen. We will use appropriate insulated packaging with dry ice for chilled and frozen deliveries. A safety sheet will be included with information on how to dispose of the dry ice. Please check your orders upon delivery – any damages or discrepancies should be notified to us by phone 02089651853 or email email@example.com within 24 hours.
We deliver to most areas of the UK mainland by commercial courier. Delivery by other means or outside mainland UK may be possible by special arrangement but an additional delivery charge will be payable. If you require delivery outside mainland UK, we can discuss the options with you via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
