Breaded crab claws are a popular finger food of surimi meat (crab sticks).  They are cooked by deep frying in a pan on the hob. Fry the product in the oil for 4-5 minutes rotating them until they are golden brown. Best served as an appetiser with your favourite dipping sauce!
