Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie IGT

The grapes are hand picked around the end of september 2020 13%.  Pinot gris derives from gem mutation of Pinot Noir.  It is a sapid wine with well balanced acidity and dry end taste.  Its flavour is fruity with hints of toasted almonds and straw.  Excellent as an aperitif and with low fat entrees, meat and fish dishes.  The grapes are hand picked around mid september and then de-stemmed and soft pressed.
