Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore

Millesime 2020, 11.5% abv

Produced exclusively from pressed Prosecco grapes grown in the Valdobbiadene wine area and fermented naturally.  Dull straw with pale green overtones, it is clear with incessant perlage and a delicate aroma reminiscent of flowers.  Its taste is dry, light and markedly fruity.  Suitable for aperitifs, fat-free starters, salt or fresh water fish.
